How Do You Empower Yourself

I would like to find out from all you ladies out there how you accomplished empowering yourselves. I am looking for snippets of your success stories from anywhere in the world. How did you go from "lemons to fabulous" by overcoming credit card debts,etc. or whether you were poor as a church mouse and how you finally established yourself somehow by your sheer will, perseverance and passion and finally reached your goals.

As I am still on that journey I know deep down that one day I will be able to breathe a sigh of relief when I feel the awesome power within that comes with the contentment of success accomplished.
